Our customer is the world's leading music company that owns and operates a broad array of businesses engaged in recorded music, music publishing, merchandising, and audiovisual content in more than 60 countries. They identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and produce, distribute, and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music to delight and entertain fans around the world.
We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated eCommerce Business Operations Coordinator on a contract basis to assist our customer’s business needs.
What you’ll do:
- Assist Business Operations Managers with all elements of 3rd party sales channel setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing management for our Client's eCommerce including but not limited to Shopify integrations with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, various Livestream shopping platforms, and more.
- Support Business Operations Managers in communicating platform and campaign updates to Store Management and Marketing teams.
- Support reconciling between Shopify and 3rd party sales channels.
- Upkeep all Monday.com boards that house requests from labels for Store Managers to set up each new 3rd Party Sales Channel.
- Update step-by-step documentation regarding 3rd party sales channel setup and best practices.
- QA testing products sold on 3rd party sales channels to ensure Store Managers are following all processes and policies.
- Pull order reports for Shopify stores as needed.
- Track upcoming 3rd party sales channel campaign calendar dates to help ensure preparedness.
- Update Business Operations team meeting agendas and track updates and progress after meetings with 3rd party vendors.
The ideal candidate must have:
- 6+ months of experience working in Shopify.
- 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment.
- 1+ years experience in eCommerce, merchandising, supply chain, or related field.
- Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
- Self-starter who can complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Very strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Must be good with tight timelines and strict deadlines.
- Can easily adjust to shifting priorities.
- Must be trustworthy with sensitive information.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Hours & Location:
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s Philadelphia, PA location once it is deemed safe to do so.
