Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Department: Corporate Strategy and Mission
Reports to: Director, Corporate Strategy and Mission
Location: Hybrid Onsite / Remote at Romeoville/Bolingbrook, Illinois (2-3 days/week onsite)
Status: Full Time, Exempt
Base Salary hiring range for this position is $85,000 to $122,000.

Our client is seeking a strategic, resourceful, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to own and execute a best-in-class digital strategy to support brand in its
next phase of growth. You will play a key role in the brand partner acquisition and retention strategies through multi-channel digital management – including website and SEO, blog, social media, and visual and graphic content creation.

Through your daily work, you will help enhance skin health for all. They are a small
but mighty team – and in this very hands-on role, you will play a key role in developing and executing the digital marketing initiatives and hosting digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website and SEO Management
- Develop and implement best practices for website management, ensuring seamless user experience and strong web performance, working with a Webmaster on back-end coding as necessary
- Maintain and update website content on a timely basis, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and SEO best practices
- Optimize the company's website and digital content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility
- Analyze keyword data and use insights to adjust SEO and SEM strategies
- Collaborate with an external web developer on an as-needed basis
- Develop and manage digital campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness
- Create best-in-class digital content and assets including ads, blog posts, infographics, articles, social media posts, whitepapers, case studies, and product descriptions
- Conduct A/B testing to ensure assets and campaigns resonate with desired outcomes
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute larger-scale campaigns
- Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation and personalization
- Monitor and respond to engagement across social media platforms
- Develop and implement strategies to drive qualified leads through various digital channels
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and other web elements to enhance lead conversion rates
- Measure and analyze lead generation campaigns to improve lead quality and sales funnel efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and industry news through market intelligence resources and media monitoring
- Actively participate in social listening to stay in-tune with the consumer
- Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and other tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including web traffic, engagement, and ROI
- Continuously analyze campaign results and adjust strategies based on data insights
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B and/or beauty
- Experience in digital design, UX/UI principles, and content management systems (CMS)
- Proven track record in SEO, SEM, content marketing,
- Proven track record creating engaging email marketing and automation
- Experience across social media management, monitoring, and listening
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex scientific concepts into crisp, consumable soundbites without sacrificing accuracy or nuance
- Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics

This is a hybrid position, in Romeoville office 2-3 days/week. Local candidates preferred.
- Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, or other benefits.
