Our Customer is seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
As a key member of the Ads Marketing team, this role supports the development and execution of paid media strategies designed to drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition across advertiser and partner ecosystems. This position plays a crucial role in shaping go-to-market (GTM) strategies by managing paid media planning, platform execution, agency coordination, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of integrated paid media campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, Meta, programmatic, ABM platforms) to support advertiser acquisition and partner enablement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, and Analytics to align media strategy with business priorities and campaign goals.
Goal Setting & Measurement
- Define KPIs for awareness, consideration, and lead generation.
- Implement campaign-level goal frameworks tied to overall business objectives.
Platform & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with paid media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Demandbase, Google Ads) and external agencies.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution, creative QA, budget pacing, and campaign optimization.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and media channel evaluations to guide investment decisions.
Campaign Planning & Enablement
- Align paid media initiatives with product launches, seasonal campaigns, thought leadership, and trade events.
- Partner with Brand and Creative teams to deliver compliant ad assets, landing pages, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Forecasting & Budget Management
- Track paid media budget, support quarterly forecasting, and recommend reallocations based on performance.
- Monitor spend and pacing to ensure alignment with timelines and benchmarks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital and paid media strategy and execution, preferably in ad tech, marketplace, or SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience running campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google, programmatic channels, and ABM/intent platforms.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a track record of tying media performance to funnel stage outcomes.
- Experience working with agencies and managing cross-functional projects.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
