Job Description:

As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our B2B marketing strategy. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content, managing our email marketing campaigns, and leveraging Hubspot CRM to enhance our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

  • Prepare and post engaging content on LinkedIn to enhance our brand presence and engage our audience.
  • Work with sales and on the ground teams (via Slack) to gather photos and descriptions of projects completed, customer testimonials etc.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of LinkedIn content and adjust strategies as needed.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop, prepare, and send a bi-monthly email newsletter to our B2B clients and prospects.
  • Create compelling email content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Segment email lists and tailor content to different audience segments for maximum impact.

Hubspot CRM Management:

  • Leverage Hubspot CRM to manage and optimize email marketing campaigns.
  • Track and analyze email campaign performance using Hubspot analytics.
  • Implement and manage lead nurturing workflows to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Marketing Strategy and Analysis:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot CRM and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
