We are a leading real estate team based in New York City, specializing in real estate sales for Estate properties. With a strong track record of successfully representing Estate sales in the NYC area, we are dedicated to providing top-tier services to our clients.
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Specialist to join our team and focus on outreach to Trusts and Estates attorneys.
Job Description:
As a Trusts and Estates Attorney Outreach specialist, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base by reaching out to Trusts and Estates attorneys in the New York City area. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in phone calls with attorneys, introducing our real estate services, and ultimately scheduling in-person or virtual meetings for our team to present our services in detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attorney Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with Trusts and Estates attorneys through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Service Presentation: Clearly and effectively explain our specialized real estate services to attorneys, highlighting the benefits of working with our team for estate property sales.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate in-person or Zoom meetings between our team and interested attorneys, ensuring their availability and preferences are accommodated.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of attorney interactions, including contact information, communication history, and meeting schedules.
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone skills with a professional and engaging speaking voice.
- Prior experience in phone-based sales or outreach, with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with Trusts and Estates attorneys or similar professionals is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent follow-up skills.
