About the role:
As our team continues to grow, so does our need for an Executive Assistant to support the President and Chief Media Officer. Work hours are Monday-Friday and 5 days per week are required in-office (office based in Bryant Park area of NYC).
If you are a go-getter, think outside the box and can bring fresh ideas to the team, we want you! This position is ideal for someone who is on top of today’s technology and has 5-7+years of experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding the President’s and CMO’s goals and objectives in order to anticipate deliverables and follow up when necessary
- Managing their busy calendars, with ability to prioritize time
- Assisting with domestic and international travel arrangements (airline, hotel reservation, car service etc)
- Preparing meeting materials including assisting with presentations, handouts and other meeting related material
- Assisting with confidential/sensitive matters and providing explanation/support when necessary
- Providing high-level administrative support to the President, CMO and their direct reports
WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE
- 3-5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, preferable in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build & foster relationships
- Strong work ethic
- Remarkable attention to detail and task follow-through
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Superb interpersonal skills - must be able to work well with multiple managers and adapt to diverse personalities and communications styles

The salary for this position is $115K-$135K. This range is posted in compliance with state and municipal Pay Transparency laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to receive additional benefits.
