We are seeking an enthusiastic and solutions-oriented Creative Operations, Project Manager. The candidate will be responsible for project managing and supervising a variety of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives from beginning to end. Using their exceptional organization, prioritization, and communication skills, the candidate will collaborate cross-functionally and externally with a variety of stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met with a high level of transparency. The ideal candidate has knowledge of the creative process and strong instincts on how to create a plan of action that fits each project. This candidate should have a passion for creative and be forward thinking in terms of improving processes and building efficient workflows to support the department.
This will be a hybrid role: 10% in office for team events and other project specific tasks/events that may arise.

Day-to-day work includes:
The Creative Operations, Project Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day project management, working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to build and execute effective plans, support operational process improvements and reporting. This will be a contract hybrid role reporting to the Sr. Manager of Creative Ops. If you join us, here are some of the other things you’ll do:
- Independently manage multiple concurrent creative projects and thrive as the team’s go-to resource.
- Deep dive into project requirements gaining understanding of the needs for projects that may at times be ambiguous.
- Partner with producer to ensure timely delivery of assets within budget.
- Routinely communicate project statuses and clearly manage expectations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement on existing processes, utilize tool solutions for better efficiency, and support the evolution and goals of the department.
- Of course, this is just a sample of the kinds of work this role will require! You should assume that your role will encompass other tasks, too, and that your job duties and responsibilities may change from time to time at Etsy's discretion, or otherwise applicable with local law.
About you:
- ?You have 5+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Project Management, Production.
- You have a strategic mindset, not just organization skills.
- You understand the different cross-functional tasks of many different creative teams (copy, design, digital, video, etc.) and bring them together as a collaborative unit.
- You have to be an expert at juggling the different things that come your way daily and managing the many different assets and systems involved in creative content production.
- You have excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills and use data to inform decisions.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of video or photoshoot details and production timelines.
- Knowledge and proficiency with Project Management tools like Wrike.
- You’re a skilled communicator and collaborator.
- Ability to collaborate, empathize, encourage, and persuade a broad set of cross-functional partners on a project level.
