The Mom Project is excited to partner with Kellanova in their search for a Lead IT Operations Analyst. This role is hybrid in Chicago, IL, or Battle Creek, MI.

We have an opening for you to grow with us in our Sustainment team as a Lead IT Operations Analyst. This critical role will focus on supporting the business in Logistics & Manufacturing applications. You’ll solve complex problems and learn with the team.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Application Support: As a Lead IT Operations Analyst, you’ll participate in 2nd and 3rd-level support of Kellanova’s Logistics & Manufacturing Applications for users across Kellanova globally. You’ll be troubleshooting complex issues with multiple teams and communicating with different groups across the organization.
  • Operations Analysis: You’ll assist your Logistics & Manufacturing partners to understand the processes enabled by our IT applications. You’ll manage the entire support process, working with other IT Teams, Vendors, and with the Business. You’re a critical part of the Logistics and Manufacturing day-to-day processes.

Your Recipe for Success:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Basic knowledge of business operations and IT processes in the Logistics and Manufacturing area (for example DLX applications Warehouse Management or Workforce Management)
  • Ability to gather and analyze complex data to drive resolution
  • A history of being a self-starter, innovative, and creating success in ambiguous situations as well as providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in leading meetings and delivering effective presentations
  • Expert at use of Microsoft Suite programs (Excel, Access)
  • Capacity to continuously learn new IT applications/components to be able to support them
