Previous experience in manufacturing bookkeeping is advantageous but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly bookkeeping to facilitate account reconciliation.
  • Manage accounts payable, including ledger reconciliations and vendor payments upon approval.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and ensure accurate reconciliation and recording of customer transactions, assist with collections.
  • Handle bank and credit card entries, payroll reconciliations, and related liabilities.
  • Prepare adjusting journal entries, balance sheet reviews, and accruals monthly.
  • File quarterly Sales & Use Tax Return and annual Federal Information Returns (Forms 1096/1099).
  • Assist with non-Texas state tax, HR filings, payroll processing, and commission calculations.
  • Provide support for general HR and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven bookkeeping experience and familiarity with accounting practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Opportunity:

While this is a part-time role, we value our team members and are open to exploring full-time opportunities as our company grows. However, willingness to transition to full-time is not a requirement for this position.

We understand the value of life experience and the unique perspectives it brings to the workplace. Whether you are returning to work after raising a family, transitioning out of retirement, or simply seeking a flexible work arrangement, we encourage you to apply.
