Bookkeeper/Office Manager
We have an immediate opening for a bookkeeper/office manager. This is a hybrid position (some office hours some at home hours). Lots of schedule flexibility. 24-32 hours per week. Insurance benefits. $30 to $40 per hour.
ABOUT US – We are a rapidly growing audiovisual projector screen manufacturer and distributor. We’re a small, friendly company with growth opportunities.
WHAT YOU DO
- Full charge accounting for the main company and two small subsidiaries.
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Payroll
- Billing
- Cash application
- Maintaining tax compliance through payroll management
- Reconciling accounts
- Monitoring and managing cash flow
- Maintain sales tax compliance
- Prepare budgets
- Prepare financial statements
- Basic HR
- Benefits administration
- General office management
- Occasional special projects for company owner
ABOUT YOU
- 5 to 10 years experience with full charge bookkeeping
- Minimum of 5 years experience with Quick Books (all modules)
- Minimum of 5 years experience with basic office administration including HR duties and benefits
- Good MS Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail
