Job description

We are a very small, family-owned ecommerce business. We are in the process of preparing the business to be sold likely within one year.

The need is for a professional bookkeeper to help with properly setting up our books in order to produce the necessary reports on an ongoing basis. Currently using Xero and very comfortable with software.

Xero is already set up, but very likely needs tweaking - all of the data for the 2024 tax year is up to date/entered into the software, accurate and reconciled. Changes and advice needed are related assigning correct categories - to result in the appropriate line item on reports.

As part of this project, we may also need/want to enter data from 2023 in order to create year to year comparisons. 2023 data is currently compiled in excel and can likely be imported to a great extent.
