Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing inventory efficiently, and utilizing Shopify or Square for our point-of-sale and e-commerce operations. The Boutique Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Train and mentor staff on best practices for customer service.
  5. Inventory Management:
  6. Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
  7. Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock replenishment.
  8. Coordinate with suppliers and manage order placements to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  9. Sales and Operations:
  10. Utilize Shopify or Square for sales transactions and inventory management.
  11. Analyze sales data and trends to maximize sales opportunities.
  12. Implement and manage promotional strategies and marketing campaigns.
  13. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  14. Staff Management:
  15. Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
  16. Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
  17. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  18. Financial Management:
  19. Monitor and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  20. Manage budgets and control expenses.
  21. Prepare sales and financial reports for upper management.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Boutique Manager or similar retail management role.
  2. Proficiency in using Shopify or Square for POS and inventory management.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
  7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is a plus.
  8. Must be able to work 2 maximum Saturdays per month
