Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.

We are seeking a Box Admin on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role in the Digital Workplace team will be primarily focused as a Box Admin expert securing and configuring the Box environment. This role will be a core member of the team and work collaboratively with the broader collaboration team as well as cross-functional teams. This role is a hybrid setup with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide recommendations for the Box environment and be able to configure advanced enterprise-level settings such as Box Shield, Single-Sign-On, and security best practices
  • Play a critical role in building and sustaining business partner relationships while driving the adoption of the Box product and platform
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions
  • Engage with technical staff to contribute to the technical strategy and design to meet business needs
  • Create technical documentation for the support teams and customers
  • Proactively research and evaluate tools and technologies, as appropriate, to the collaboration environment

Must Haves:

  • 7+ years of admin experience managing & supporting Box enterprise environments in the following areas: User Account Management, Report Generation, Integration of 3rd party applications, Security & Permissions
  • Experienced with establishing Box feature release & software update processes and deployments at a regular cadence
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting, support & ticket analysis in Box-related issues
  • Ability to assist and guide with Box best practices and standards
  • Ability to lead project implementations with responsibility for architecture designs and solution strategy
  • Ability to effectively present product and/or solution information to both a technical and non-technical audience
  • Thorough understanding of other platforms including Microsoft O365 and Zoom and other integrations with Box
  • Broad experience in eliciting requirements and communicating clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and related experience

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is a hybrid setup with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.
