Our Customer is seeking a Brand Copywriter on a contract basis to support their business needs.
The Leader Development Coordinator supports leader development learning experiences by planning and supporting various learning activities offered across the organization. This role serves as an individual contributor with subject matter expertise and is responsible for supporting aspects of learning transformation and operational initiatives at the business unit level.
Responsibilities include administering and implementing training programs in alignment with business initiatives and learning strategies, while adapting to changing priorities and operating environments as needed. The role requires collaboration with Learning Centers of Excellence, internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners to ensure effective delivery and support of leader development processes.
This role is 100% remote.
A strong portfolio demonstrating performance-driven creativity across paid social, CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital campaigns, co-marketing, and brand storytelling is required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customer-facing copy for advertising and co-marketing campaigns across paid social, CRM, push notifications, email, in-app messaging, video, and emerging digital platforms
- Write scalable MOFU and LOFU creative that combines brand storytelling with performance-driven marketing objectives
- Script short-form video content, creator-led campaigns, paid social ads, and platform-native storytelling for channels including TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms
- Translate partner objectives, campaign strategies, and consumer insights into compelling creative across multiple audiences, placements, and formats
- Adapt campaign concepts into multiple creative executions and testing variations while maintaining brand consistency and quality
- Balance partner brand voices with a cohesive and recognizable core brand identity
- Create culturally relevant, emotionally resonant content that connects products and services to customer needs and behaviors
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Design, Growth, Marketing, Production, and external partners to execute integrated campaigns
- Use campaign performance insights, testing results, and platform trends to optimize messaging and creative effectiveness
- Contribute to campaign narratives, messaging systems, naming, and conceptual creative development
- Explore and integrate new storytelling formats, AI-powered workflows, and creative tools to improve efficiency and scalability
- Stay current on platform behaviors, internet culture, creator trends, and evolving digital storytelling best practices
Skills and Qualifications:
- Background in technology, media, entertainment, or digital advertising preferred
- 4+ years of professional copywriting experience across brand marketing, advertising, and growth marketing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-driven creativity across paid social, CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital campaigns, co-marketing, and brand storytelling
- Experience writing MOFU and LOFU conversion-focused campaigns across multiple channels and audience segments
- Strong scriptwriting skills for short-form video, creator-led campaigns, and social-first content
- Ability to produce high volumes of customer-facing copy while maintaining quality, clarity, and brand consistency
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, testing methodologies, and conversion optimization strategies
- Experience balancing partner brand voices with core brand identity within collaborative or co-marketing campaigns
- Ability to translate consumer insights and business objectives into compelling creative concepts
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative development skills
- Deep familiarity with social platforms, internet culture, creator trends, and digital storytelling behaviors
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with designers, marketers, strategists, producers, and external partners
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly iterative environments with changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Experience integrating AI tools into creative development workflows
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills
