We are seeking a Brand Designer on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs.


A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, campaign design, identity systems, and performance marketing assets is required.



Responsibilities:

  • Produce co-marketing assets at scale, including video templates, mid-funnel/lower-funnel ads, and paid/organic social content using established design templates.
  • Support execution of performance marketing and CRM campaigns with speed, consistency, and strong visual quality.
  • Art direct CGI productions with external partners, including opening scenarios, pacing, timing, product placement, promo timing, copy cutdowns, and end scenario design.
  • Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards and maintain consistency across campaigns and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with program managers, marketers, product teams, and copywriters to develop impactful creative solutions.
  • Use data and insights to optimize creative performance while maintaining emotional resonance and brand equity.
  • Experiment with new storytelling techniques, formats, AI-powered workflows, and scalable design systems.
  • Support the adoption of AI tools and workflows to improve creative efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and evolving brand design best practices.
  • Translate business concepts and marketing strategies into compelling visual assets.
  • Contribute to both brand-building and growth-focused creative initiatives across digital channels.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in brand design, growth marketing, or related creative roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, campaign design, identity systems, and performance marketing assets.
  • Experience executing co-marketing and performance advertising campaigns, including video templates and funnel-based creative assets.
  • Experience in art directing CGI or live-action productions with external production partners.
  • Ability to guide timing, pacing, and visual composition across complex creative scenes.
  • Hands-on experience creating content for web, email, paid ads, presentations, and campaign assets.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing, paid social, organic social, and A/B testing creative.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to articulate and defend strategic design decisions to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience translating complex business concepts into clear and engaging visual storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and performance-focused creative execution.
  • AI fluency with experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in technology, media, or digital advertising.
  • Experience with AI-powered creative workflows and design system innovation.
