We are seeking a Brand Experience Specialist, North America Sports Marketing on a contract basis who will be responsible for enabling the company's contracted athletes to be leveraged in Brand and Business across North America (NA). Primarily, this role is responsible for supporting the NASM team with managing our athlete request intake portal, data reporting, and management of athlete profiles to ensure up-to-date and accurate. This role will support the North America Sports Marketing (NASM) Brand Experience team on key projects and product orders as needed. This role is a hybrid setup with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote in Beaverton, OR.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with the execution of programs and events in support of athletes and/or categories defined by the sports marketing team and connected to the category marketing plans
  • Manage inventory and product for specific areas of defined sports marketing group, providing insights and analysis to ensure the right product at the right time for athletes; may participate in product selection
  • Validate category data to be utilized in budget and program planning tied to the sports marketing strategic plan
  • Manage parts of seasonal product and marketing plans for category athletes; track and analyze
  • Respond to all NA athlete requests in a timely manner upon receipt. Ensure accurate and complete to make connections with Brand Exp partners
  • Data Analysis: Create dashboards and monthly reporting tools from data in the Athlete Intake Portal and the Athlete Profile Database (AirTable)
  • Act as primary advocate to enhance the tools we use for these requests and profiles
  • Project Management, including creating work-back schedules, and managing deliverable dates to ensure on-time completion
  • Drive new ways of working and improving efficiencies across the sports marketing organization
  • Partner with sport dimension reps to keep athlete database updated quarterly
  • Enable key projects for the Sports Marketing Team that help further advance our portfolio leverage
  • Support team with general administrative needs to help activate a sports moment, product ordering, team gathering or athlete visit
  • Drive athlete database and request process optimization in partnership with the Global team
  • Partner with Men’s and Women’s SM teams to support key projects and team needs
  • Be a solution-oriented partner, energy giver and team player to lead Sports Marketing to the future
  • Drive athlete portal (requests and data log)

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Detail-oriented and Organized, able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Proactive and Solution Oriented, humble hustle to help solve with the team
  • Systems Management, AirTable, SAP order entry, SmartSheet, Excel, Keynote, BOX, Slack; be eager to learn new systems
  • Strong communication: concise and clear communication tactics no matter the stakeholder
  • Project or account management experience is helpful
  • Relevant sports industry connections, history and knowledge

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree preferred

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is a hybrid setup with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote in Beaverton, OR.
