  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture decisions and action items, and drive follow-through to completion
  • Ensure all documentation and deliverables are accurate, organized, and aligned with timelines
  • Support access management, role-based provisioning, and security-related processes
  • Coordinate across business operations and security teams to support execution and alignment

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project/program coordination, operations, or a related role
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, dependency tracking, and status reporting
  • Experience supporting technical troubleshooting, debugging, or issue triage with engineering or technical teams
  • Knowledge of access management, role-based provisioning, and security operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex or ambiguous inputs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including business and security teams
  • Familiarity with AI tools and practical applications for productivity, analysis, or documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building or automating workflows using AI tools
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across business operations and security functions
  • Prior experience in large-scale technology organizations
  • Experience working in remote or distributed team environments
