Our Customer is seeking a Business Analyst on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy and operational excellence to improve overall customer experience
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives
  • Identify performance gaps, root causes, and lead initiatives to drive measurable KPI improvements
  • Oversee model governance, version control, and data integrity across cross-functional teams
  • Automate and streamline reporting workflows using SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and Python, where applicable
  • Own and enhance complex data models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and clear documentation
  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Design dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking systems
  • Translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align on data insights and strategic initiatives
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive business outcomes and performance improvements


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, product, or a related field
  • Experience working in a technology company environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and A/B testing methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and modeling
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and translating insights into business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in ambiguous environments
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable results
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt quickly to new information
  • Experience with automation and improving data workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
  • Experience building AI or machine learning models
