Our Customer is looking for a Business Analyst on a contract basis to join their team and help support their business needs. This position is 100% remote and candidates must work EST hours.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the existing Risk and Control inventory to identify potential improvements.
- Provide professional observations and actionable recommendations based on analysis.
- Summarize findings and recommendations in client documents, including detailed workbooks and executive summaries.
- Format and manage data sheets, ensuring a high level of accuracy and clarity.
- Analyze regulations related to Risk and Control and provide insights.
- Collaborate with various teams across 8 different workstreams to ensure a cohesive approach.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Foundational understanding of Risk and Control elements.
- Basic navigation and operational proficiency in Excel.
- General skills in data cleaning and preparation.
- Experience in digital technology or big tech is a plus.
- Experience with the Digital Services Act is a plus.
- Ability to provide clear and concise observations and recommendations.
- Risk and Control familiarity.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate Risk and Control collateral.
- Proficiency in formatting spreadsheets and analyzing regulations.
