Business Analyst (100% Remote)

We are seeking a Business Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

• Support the gift card business operations
• Track and reconcile invoices related to gift card marketing activities
• Set up and execute tests and campaigns to validate new business concepts
• Analyze inbound support issues and identify key drivers of customer complaints
• Develop solutions to address recurring issues and improve processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally across teams to support business initiatives

Skills and Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Sheets and Docs)
• Advanced spreadsheet skills
• Experience with financial analysis or financial modeling
• Experience building and managing budget trackers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
• Background in tech is a plus
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus
