We are seeking a Business Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Shape overall customer experience and operations strategy to drive operational excellence and high-quality customer outcomes
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and deliver data-driven recommendations
  • Monitor, manage, and optimize key performance indicators to measure the success of customer experience initiatives
  • Identify performance gaps, determine root causes, and lead initiatives that drive measurable KPI improvements
  • Oversee model governance, version control, and data integrity across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Automate and streamline reporting workflows to improve efficiency and analytical rigor
  • Own and enhance complex spreadsheet-based models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and clear documentation
  • Analyze large datasets using SQL and spreadsheet tools to generate actionable insights
  • Design dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking mechanisms
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations
  • Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Lead and influence cross-functional initiatives to drive alignment and execution


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, product, operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with experience using SQL and Excel or Google Sheets
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results in team environments
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and apply them independently
  • Strong ownership mindset with experience defining scope and driving outcomes in ambiguous environments
  • Bias toward action with the ability to adapt quickly as new information emerges
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting customer support or service strategy initiatives
  • Experience automating reporting or operational workflows
  • Experience using Python for analytics or automation
  • Experience building or working with AI or machine learning models
