Job description

We are seeking a Time and Attendance Business Analyst on a contract basis to support our customer's ongoing business needs. The team serves as the front-line delivery team for the HR programs and supports the employees with their total rewards, payroll, and HR data needs. We are searching for a natural problem solver with knowledge of how Workday supports and enables HR processes. This role is 100% remote.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with the HR and Technology partners across the globe to support the implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management Time & Attendance.
  • Use your Time & Attendance expertise to support HR processes and identify solution options for partners
  • Leverage your skills as a Business Analyst you will also support gathering business requirements, system testing, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver process and technology changes across for the global teammates
  • Collaborate with the UKG Time & Attendance program team, HR & Payroll Functional teams, and HR Technology teams
  • Collaborate with other HR Product Owners, HR Business Analysts within HR Systems, and the technical team to drive consistency in approach for global processes and systems
Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • 2+ years of Business Analyst experience; solutioning, requirements, testing, documentation
  • Experience with Time & Attendance solutions; UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Central or Kronos
  • Experience with HR and/or Payroll Operational processes
  • Retail, Manufacturing or Distribution experience highly desired
  • Demonstrated ability to explain technical issues/solutions in business terms aligned to the business process
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across HR and Payroll disciplines
  • Proven experience working on large enterprise projects
  • General understanding of Workday Core HCM desired but not required
