Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.


We are seeking a Business Application Project Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Sunnyvale, CA.



Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage internal information systems projects from initiation through delivery
  • Oversee software implementations, upgrades, and related enterprise application projects
  • Coordinate work between IT teams, internal customers, and business stakeholders
  • Define project requirements and conduct feasibility, needs, and impact assessments
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
  • Manage implementation activities, including testing, documentation, training, and deployment
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and oversee change control processes
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
  • Support multiple projects of varying size, complexity, and scope
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project execution and adoption


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong project management experience within Information Systems or IT environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing enterprise business application projects
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) preferred
  • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise platforms preferred
  • Experience managing GxP-regulated projects preferred
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with implementation planning, testing, documentation, and training coordination
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with IT and business teams
  • Experience with change management and project tracking methodologies
