Business Attorney
100% Remote
Part-Time, 20 hours
W2 hire
**Paid hourly @$135-$175/hour**
Our client is a 100% remote law firm and they are seeking a seasoned business attorney to help support our growing base of major corporate and financial-sector clients.
This women-owned firm is made up of former law firm and in-house counsels and has been fully remote since 2016.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Applicants should be comfortable reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and working closely with in-house counsel.
- Significant law firm and/or in-house experience required.
- Ideal candidates will have about 10 years of experience, but the firm is open to considering more senior or junior candidates depending on prior work experience and skill set.
- Familiarity with IT services, IP licensing, cloud services, data privacy, and data protection agreements is required.
- Familiarity with Financial institutions is a plus.
- Candidates must have a JD from an accredited law school and be active in good standing in their jurisdiction.
