Hours and Location
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Fully remote, but the ideal candidate will be able to work on-site in Marietta on Mondays.

Role Overview:

As a Business Attorney, you’ll collaborate with ambitious entrepreneurs and management teams to provide strategic legal guidance that fuels business growth. You’ll be at the forefront of mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises for companies generating between $1 million and $500 million in revenue. Many of the clients are fast-growing, looking to increase EBITDA and expand through M&A, alliances, and joint ventures—and you’ll play a critical role in making it happen!

You’ll lead complex business transactions, ensuring each step is executed flawlessly, all while working alongside a team that’s as passionate about excellence as you are.

Key Responsibilities:

Transactional Leadership – Draft and prepare essential transactional documents, from stock purchase agreements to joint ventures, ensuring maximum value for our clients.

Regulatory Compliance – Navigate state and federal regulatory filings, ensuring compliance at every stage.

Client-Focused Strategy – Provide sharp, business-centric legal advice, helping clients overcome challenges and achieve their business objectives.

Project Management – Keep client projects on track and on time using our practice management system, contributing to firm-wide productivity and success.

What We’re Looking For:

We are specifically looking for candidates with 5-9 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions.

We want someone proactive, organized, and ready to dive into complex business matters. A law degree and a Georgia law license are required, and experience working with growth-focused businesses is a plus.
