Job description
Our Client is looking for a self-directed, motivated & hungry Business Development Associate to join their close-knit small team of moms.
EST hours preferred, flexible schedule
Compensation based on experience
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective client organizations (small–mid-sized, growth- minded businesses).
- Develop and execute outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, and warm introductions.
- Start conversations with decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, or HR leaders) and position CMS’s value effectively.
- Qualify leads and set up discovery calls with the Founder.
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and results.
- Take direction well and execute with consistency and energy.
Qualifications/Skills
- Proven success in business development or sales for HR services, consulting, or professional services.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, remote environment.
- Organized, proactive, and results driven.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
