Our Customer is seeking a Business Development Representative on a contract basis to help scale their healthcare business. This role is 100% remote.
As an outbound BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your goal will be to generate qualified leads by engaging decision-makers at healthcare organizations. You’ll work closely with sales to build a high-quality pipeline, create engaging email and phone campaigns, and generate business.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify high-potential healthcare organizations through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Engage and qualify leads by understanding healthcare logistics challenges and operational needs
- Generate qualified leads and build a high-quality sales pipeline
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Create and execute effective outbound email and phone campaigns
- Manage, track, and document outreach activities within a CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and target segments
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Strong outbound prospecting and lead qualification skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about logistics and healthcare operations
- Experience in the logistics industry
- Experience selling into healthcare organizations
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot
- Strong ownership mindset with persistence and resilience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during standard business hours
