About Role
This role is not a walk in the park. Rather, it’s an opportunity to leave your mark in the growth towards an 8-figure agency.
They are in search of a Account Executive with an unwavering commitment to driving growth and forging new partnerships. Persistence and strategic foresight are essential in this role, equipping the team to consistently reach and exceed goals.
As the Account Executive, you are the driving force behind growth initiatives and partnerships. Working both in the spotlight and behind the scenes, you ensure that our outreach strategies are executed flawlessly, driving consistent success and opening doors to new opportunities while our in-bound opportunities are closed at staggering rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and relationship cultivation.
- Drive and close deals by leading sales discussions with prospects.
- Efficiently manage and nurture the sales pipeline to ensure continuous flow.
- Draft tailored sales proposals based on insights gathered from prospect's email accounts.
- Persistently follow up with leads, ensuring conversion to new clients.
- Analyze market dynamics to carve out competitive advantages.
- Monitor key metrics to achieve targeted goals.
- Seamlessly manage processes from initial lead engagement to conversion.
- Support the CEO with marketing efforts and the follow-up surrounding those efforts.
- As the team grows, mentor and guide sales members, and oversee the development of a robust sales team.
- Enhance client profitability by identifying up-sell opportunities.
- Maintain regular check-ins with clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Desired Outcomes & Goals Of The Role:
- Achieve 2x company revenue growth through closed deals.
- Ensure a client retention rate of 90% within the first 90 days.
- Self generate at least 15 warm leads per month through farming.
- Maintain a minimum closing rate of 30% across all leads.
- Work with finance to ensure 95%+ pay outstanding bill on an as needed basis.
Who Will Be Successful In This Role:
- Ideal candidate embodies versatility: with 2-3 years of experience in an operational role within a digital media agency, you prioritize organized, scalable workflows.
- You're not just entrepreneurial; you combine a competitive spirit with a boundless drive, complemented by an ever-present optimism. Your holistic understanding of business functions spans HR, Finance, Operations, Client Account Management, and Customer Success.

- High emotional intelligence complemented by outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of business operations.
- Familiarity with Click-Up is a plus.
- Knowledge of Klaviyo and/or other email marketing automation tools like MailChimp
- Knowledge of best practices for creating optimized email templates (including responsive design), dynamic content, testing methodologies, list segmentation, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM laws
- Experience in e-commerce and agencies preferred
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a bonus but not necessary
