Part-Time Growth Manager (20 hrs/week)

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career sales professional (3–5 years’ experience) who is

passionate about innovation, thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and

About the Role

As Growth Manager, you will support our sales and outreach efforts by identifying and

engaging prospective nominees, sponsors, and partners. You’ll help

build and maintain our pipeline through research, email campaigns, phone outreach,

and relationship-building—all while learning from senior leadership and contributing to a

mission-driven organization. You will also play a critical role in driving our sales efforts

through our hub platform and maintain accurate data for learning and growth purposes.

This is a 20-hour per week remote position with flexible scheduling. It includes

performance-based bonus opportunities and the possibility to join our annual event in

Fort Myers, Florida. The Growth Manager will report directly to the EVP, Head of

Growth.


Key Responsibilities

 Conduct research and outreach to identify new business opportunities

(nominations & sponsorships)

 Support lead generation through warm and cold email, phone, and social media

outreach; track progress and insights regularly and report up to senior

management

 Qualify inbound leads through HubSpot and assist with follow-up

communications

 Strategically communicate the value of participating in or partnering with our organization

 Leverage AI solutions to identify and convert leads for nominations and

sponsorships

 Schedule and help prepare for virtual sales meetings and follow-ups in support of

Head of Growth and Managing Director


 Collaborate closely with leadership and marketing teams to align messaging and

strategy

 Maintain accurate records of outreach and progress in HubSpot

 Meet weekly activity goals and report on progress and opportunities

 Prioritize professional development and category expertise across high growth

sectors


Qualifications

 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, and/or lead generation

 Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

 Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

 Experience working with various AI solutions and possesses a desire to

experiment with new technologies

 Comfortable with outbound outreach and virtual communication tools

 Curious, self-motivated, and results-driven

 Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team

 Familiarity with Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools

 Experience working in a sales or growth capacity in one of the

category sectors a plus
