Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid setup (onsite 3 days a week) in Santa Clara, CA.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
- Construct forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge
- Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
- May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues
- May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
Must-haves:
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, Python, debugging skills
