Job description
Our boutique plaintiff-side trial firm has an important company vs. company case that went to arbitration and we are in the post-hearing briefing phase. It involves breach of contract and business torts by a company in good standing against a group of companies that sold non-public investments to the public in violation of the law.
We seek to engage a candidate with exceptional legal writing and research skills for the briefing phase. BIGLAW experience preferred. Admission to practice law in New York preferred. Project can lead to more assignments.
