We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Marketing Operations on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
What You’ll Do:
- Email Campaigns:
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers
- Optimize email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
- Marketing Campaign Tracking and Analytics:
- Develop and implement tracking mechanisms to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns
- Analyze data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- CRM Management:
- Administer and maintain marketing data in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Implement best practices for lead scoring, segmentation, and data hygiene
- Collaborate with sales/engineering/ITS teams to ensure alignment between marketing and cross-functional processes
- Marketing Tools Expertise:
- Utilize marketing automation tools like Marketo to plan, execute, and analyze email campaigns
- Be a source of knowledge for all things Marketo and automation related
- Conversion and Funnel Tracking:
- Implement and monitor tracking mechanisms to measure conversion rates and analyze marketing funnels
- Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the conversion process
Must Haves:
- 3-5 years in a marketing operations, marketing solutions architect, or marketing technologist role
- 3 years minimum of Marketo experience
- HubSpot experience is welcome but not required
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Experience working with Zapier, Workato, Intercom, and MadKudu a huge plus
- Proven experience in email campaign management and optimization
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Hours & Location:
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is 100% remote.
