We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote in CST hours.


Responsibilities:

  • Log in, review workflow queue
  • Handle phonecalls and emails
  • Process tasks or follow up to tasks
  • Documentation
  • Provide the research, coordination and facilitation of repairs and maintenance.
  • Review the accuracy of information provided and responds to requests from management, client and internal/external customers.
  • Perform Lease review/interpretation. Identifies opportunities for improvements by and among the clients and/or companies
  • Facilitate the maintenance and repairs for client
  • Other duties may be assigned
  • May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers
  • No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position

Qualifications:
  • Preferred 2+ years experience in commercial property management or administration, facilities management also helpful (not residential experience)
  • Intermediate experience in MS Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), with heavy emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to use query and report generation tools
  • The purpose of this position is to provide the research, coordination and facilitation of repairs and maintenance
  • Reviews the accuracy of information provided and responds to requests from management, client and internal/external customers
  • Perform Lease review/interpretation
  • Identifies opportunities for improvements by and among the clients and/or companies
  • Facilitates the maintenance and repairs for client
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
  • Ability to effectively present information
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding
  • Knowledge of commercial property management, financial terms and principles desired
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents (commercial leases and/or invoices etc.)
  • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
  • Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
