Job description

We are seeking a Business Resilience Strategist on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional resilience initiatives related to crisis management, business continuity, and employee well-being
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level crisis management programs
  • Support integration of crisis management initiatives with broader resilience and operational programs
  • Manage and support projects related to business resilience strategy, governance, response structures, and executive training
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, product teams, and other stakeholders to support crisis planning and response execution
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating lessons learned from exercises and real-world crisis events
  • Assist in developing and deploying tools and capabilities that support crisis management plans and operational readiness
  • Integrate emerging AI tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency and support program capabilities
  • Review work products across multiple domains to ensure quality and consistency
  • Provide advisory support and problem-solving guidance to stakeholders under leadership direction
  • Support global resilience and operational continuity initiatives
  • Prepare communications, reports, and materials for senior leadership and stakeholders


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-6+ years of experience in crisis management, enterprise risk management, or related fields
  • Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
  • Experience collaborating with senior-level internal and external business stakeholders
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams and business functions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sense of ownership
  • Experience supporting global programs or initiatives
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
  • Experience using chat-based AI tools in day-to-day work environments
  • Fluency with AI tools and willingness to learn emerging technologies
  • Ability to provide guidance and advisory support to stakeholders
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and collaboration skills
  • Strong adaptability and a continuous learning mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Management consulting experience
  • Background in business transformation or change management
  • Experience developing or launching enterprise-wide programs for large organizations
  • Experience using Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI tools
  • Former experience working at Meta or similar large-scale technology organizations
