Corporate Sourcer (NYC)

Our Customer is seeking a Business Sourcer on a contract basis. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, your sourcing efforts will contribute to building a world-class sales organization. You’ll partner closely with a full-cycle recruiter to serve various clients, and you will build pipelines for priority roles within various business organizations. This role is on-site in NYC (Times Square).

Responsibilities:

• Strategically source and build pipelines for various sales profiles
• Develop creative outreach methods
• Leverage internal tools to develop a creative and diverse talent pool
• Develop creative Boolean searches and become a market expert in modern technologies
• Manage and report your sourcing metrics and performance as an individual contributor
• Collaborate with members of the Recruiting team and key stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience working as a sourcer or recruiter
• Ability to write expert Boolean searches and the use of modern sourcing technologies
• Expert market knowledge and the ability to speak confidently to potential candidates
• Familiarity with any of the following: LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, or equivalent ATS
