  • Analyze current business processes and data flows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Document ERP data structures, integrations, and process mappings
  • Clearly articulate available ERP data, its meaning, and how it is used across systems
  • Support the full lifecycle of web-based applications, including requirements, configuration, testing, release, and production support
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on web application development, including APIs, integrations, and environments
  • Evaluate system and process changes and their impact on the organization
  • Develop configuration workbooks and support system configuration activities
  • Define and support the execution of user test cases and validate outcomes
  • Perform light validation of completed work against requirements
  • Provide third-level support for troubleshooting production issues
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to define requirements
  • Assist in creating business case documentation and process improvement initiatives

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in business analysis or systems analysis
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies
  • Experience working in technical software development environments
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, data structures, and integrations
  • Experience with data flow analysis and process mapping
  • Experience supporting web-based applications and digital platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Sage X3 ERP
  • Experience supporting ERP to portal integrations
  • Experience working with APIs and web application architectures
  • Experience in digital platforms such as customer portals or websites
