Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.

Our Customer is seeking a highly skilled contract Senior Project Manager that can be responsible for planning, leading, and executing complex cross-functional projects supply chain transformation initiatives within the Business Applications.
Knowledge of SAP S4 and industry experience in manufacturing & supply chain industries will be beneficial.. This role is a hybrid setup (4 days onsite and 1 day remote in Sunnyvale, CA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
  • Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner.
  • Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.
  • Designs details of automated systems.
  • May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
  • May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
  • May be client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Must have 10+ years of SAP ECC Logistics Functional with 1 year implementation and support experience
  • Must have at least 1-2 Full life cycle implementations experience of SAP LE
  • Must have knowledge and experience on the end to end process.
  • Experience in P2P logistics , purchase order creation and configuring, pricing, invoicing, orders
  • Testing, writing test scripts & documentation experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
  • A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly, ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Should have design and configuration experience in SAP OTC, LE,, Intercompany STO, EDI integration with 3PL
  • Detailed knowledge of systems and business processes within SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Execution
  • SAP SD is Plus
  • SAP PO is plus
