Job description

Our Customer is an American financial services and digital payments company based in San Francisco, California. They’re working to help their diverse audiences — sellers, individuals, artists, fans, developers, and all the people in between — overcome barriers to access the economy.

Our Customer is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst on a contract basis to focus on Learning and Talent technology configuration. This role will help maintain and evolve the systems that power learning. You’ll support business-critical operations across platforms like Docebo and Articulate 360, helping teams deliver onboarding, compliance, and development experiences at scale.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Compliance, I&D, Talent Management, and Partner Enablement teams, to configure the learning tools, resolve complex issues, and contribute to the governance and roadmap initiatives that enable scalable learning operations.

This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support learning programs in Docebo, including content, enrollment, groups, and reporting.
  • Manage Tier 2–3 Jira tickets, collaborate strongly with the HR Scaled Support team, and support new feature testing and rollout.
  • Support resolution of platform issues, including Workday integrations, bugs, and user errors.
  • Guide LMS system admins and advise on scalable learning setups.
  • Maintain governance documentation and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
  • Contribute to roadmap initiatives and special projects across a range of areas such as onboarding, leadership, and partner training.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a learning systems, HR tech, or business systems analyst role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Docebo (or similar LMS platforms)
  • Familiarity with Workday, especially in relation to learning content, integrations, and course management
  • Experience supporting talent development initiatives such as course configuration and training operations for onboarding, compliance training, or other learning programs
  • Comfort navigating Jira, Slack, and Notion in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Clear and collaborative communicator with a consultative approach to system support
  • Delivers high-quality service with a strong focus on user experience
  • Learning Systems Fluency – Expertise in LMS functionality and data flows, especially Docebo
  • Technical Problem Solving – Ability to diagnose complex configuration issues and implement scalable fixes
  • Cross-Functional Partnership – Proven success working across HR, Compliance, and tech teams
  • Change Agility – Comfort with ambiguity and change, and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Documentation Discipline – Strong contributor to knowledge bases, governance libraries, and process playbooks

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting global learning audiences, including vendors or partners
  • Exposure to Articulate 360, SCORM content authoring, content marketplaces, or course deployment workflows
  • Familiarity with automation tools, LMS APIs, or AI-driven learning experiences
  • Interest in contributing to broader learning data governance and reporting strategies
