Job description

Founded in 2008, our client is a leading American broadcasting corporation headquartered in New York City and provides satellite radio and online radio services operating in the United States.


We are seeking a Campaign Data Development Analyst on a contract basis to assist in designing campaign data solutions and automating complex marketing campaigns to support Marketing and Strategic Analytics business initiatives. This role is hybrid in one of the following offices:

  • New York City - near Rockefeller Center
  • Washington DC - NE (NoMa/Gallaudet U)
  • Atlanta - ATL Airport District

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Data Development and Management:
  • Design, build, and manage data processes that support complex marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging data integration tools, automation, and advanced segmentation strategies.
  • Audience Segmentation and Targeting:
  • Develop and implement segmentation strategies to target specific audiences effectively. Use data insights to identify and refine audience segments based on behavior, demographics, and engagement history.
  • Data Integration and Automation:
  • Maintain and optimize integrations between various data sources and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for campaign targeting and personalization.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise:
  • Act as the team’s subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, offering guidance and best practices on data usage, customer journeys, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Campaign Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Present findings to stakeholders and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, analytics, and IT teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance data processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency improvements to support scalable and agile campaign operations.
  • Compliance and Data Privacy:
  • Ensure all data handling and campaign processes comply with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal data governance policies.
    Qualifications:
    • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Salesforce or data management are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in campaign data development, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Audience Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Experience working in an audio entertainment, media, or digital marketing environment preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and segmentation.
  • Strong skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and knowledge of its integration capabilities.
  • Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Core Competencies:
  • High level of expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with the ability to optimize and troubleshoot processes.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a passion for data-driven marketing and continuous process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented approach.
