Job description

We are seeking a Campaign Manager responsible for the end-to-end execution and management of productivity and social-collaboration campaigns for the App Store. The ideal candidate will be an expert on content initiatives that drive user engagement with a proven track record of launching content campaigns. These include content launches, editorial moments, and new trends in a digital platform. Background in digital apps, streaming content, SAS, or Enterprise systems with strong operational and analytical sense are required. We’re looking for someone with systems thinking who can also roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Candidates should have the proven ability to work quickly under pressure, hard deadlines and to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global partners.

What You’ll Do:


  • Lead Productivity & Collaboration campaigns that include a tactical editorial and merchandising strategy to achieve engagement goals

  • Ensure that the campaign's goals, assets, timelines, and budgets are adhered to

  • Own management of promotional events; scale and execute on existing plans and quality assurance of events

  • Monitor, report, analyze and iterate on results from programming campaigns

  • Proactively solve problems, anticipate needs and provide solutions to challenges that both clients and our team face on a regular basis

  • Actively participate in meetings, brainstorms, and planning sessions with our clients on a global and local level.

Must Haves:


  • 3-5 years of project or program management experience, campaign execution preferred

  • Deep understanding of the technical foundations of digital content distribution

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and tracking deliverables

  • Demonstrated experience integrating cross-functional team requirements into campaigns

  • Self-starter with confidence initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance

  • Analytical and problem-solving experience

  • You have likely worked at an ad agency, content, or editorial team. Huge plus if you've been working with virtual reality before!

  •  Program / Project management experience

  • Previous experience working with Product Marketing, Editorial, or e-commerce teams

  • VR experience

  • Experience with analytics

  • Previous production experience

 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required


Hours & Location: 

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s Menlo Park, CA office once it is determined safe to do so.
