Job description

Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.


We are seeking a Campaign Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is hybrid (2 days on-site and 3 days remote/week) in Knoxville, TN.


The primary purpose of this position is to precisely execute all sold digital campaigns with an emphasis on video and display advertising across web, mobile, & CTV



Responsibilities:

  • QA creative assets to ensure compliance with site and industry specifications
  • Communicate creative issues and technical feedback to Account Services
  • Provide technical support to Client Success and Sales teams
  • Set up, schedule, and traffic campaigns in Google Ad Manager and FreeWheel
  • Manage campaign trafficking across video, display, native, live, on-demand, vertical video, and addressable advertising formats
  • Create and manage campaign test pages across multiple creative formats
  • Investigate creative rendering issues, delivery discrepancies, and technical campaign issues
  • Troubleshoot ad-serving, delivery, reporting, and campaign functionality issues
  • Monitor campaign launches to ensure accurate placement and delivery
  • Monitor first-party and third-party campaign delivery and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders
  • Monitor campaign performance throughout the campaign lifecycle and recommend optimizations
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and advertiser outcomes
  • Provide weekend and after-hours support as needed
  • Optimize operational processes and system integrations
  • Maintain and update process documentation
  • Recommend business process improvements and operational efficiencies


Skills and Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience recommended
  • 1+ years of experience with digital ad trafficking using Google Ad Manager or FreeWheel
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing data using Excel, Smartsheet, Pivot Tables, or similar tools
  • 1+ years of experience with sales workflow management using Salesforce and OperativeOne
  • Experience with ad server integrations, tagging, and inventory creation
  • Proficiency with Google Ad Manager and FreeWheel
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, sales teams, customers, and leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Looker
  • Strong critical thinking skills
