Our Customer was founded in 1982 in an effort to create a solid accounting firm headed by native professionals. They later branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.
We are seeking a Campaign Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote, with preference for those who can work in the CT or ET time zone.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute campaign visions and integrated marketing plans to bring marketing strategies to life.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile principles to drive successful campaign execution.
- Oversee the development of channel activation plans, including client targeting strategies and customer journey mapping.
- Engage with portfolio marketers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to align campaign planning and execution.
- Provide strategic input on content strategy, development, and deployment, including derivative content.
- Review content and creative assets to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Make resource allocation decisions, negotiate statements of work (SOWs), and manage campaign timelines.
- Lead post-campaign analysis, including ROI assessment and lessons learned.
- Introduce innovative thinking and best practices into all marketing activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing, with an emphasis on marketing strategy and campaign planning.
- Proven experience working in a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization; experience in a global company or professional services firm is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with integrating technologies to support marketing efforts.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Workfront is preferred.
- Ability to work within a matrixed organization and build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Skilled in communicating priorities, managing shifting requirements, and balancing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Executive presence and confidence in presenting ideas, making strategic recommendations, and advising leadership.
- Experience mentoring junior team members, providing guidance, and developmental feedback.
