We are seeking a Campaign Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote, with preference for EST/CST candidates.

This role is responsible for managing direct marketing projects from end to end, ensuring accurate, on-time delivery across channels such as email, direct mail, mobile, and digital files. This role will partner with client marketing teams and internal stakeholders to oversee campaign execution, data segmentation, and quality auditing. • Manage file selection, segmentation, and execution of direct marketing campaigns.
  • Build and launch campaigns within designated channel platforms.
  • Perform creative and data auditing, as well as testing, to ensure campaign accuracy.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in channel platform capabilities.
  • Analyze data-driven results to provide feedback to client teams for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain campaign workflow updates in project management tools to inform managers and stakeholders.
  • Upskill across channels, including email, direct mail, and mobile, with expansion to additional channels as required.
  • Ensure campaigns meet approval, retention, testing, launch, and documentation requirements within the Campaign Execution L3 process.
  • Drive process improvements in campaign execution to support business quality standards (CTQ management).
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and compliance documentation in accordance with records retention requirements.
  • Support special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of marketing or digital project experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: email marketing, database marketing, data segmentation, digital marketing, direct mail production, web page building, or HTML.

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated project management and workflow tracking skills.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams.
  • 2+ years of hands-on email campaign experience (building and deploying commercial email or equivalent HTML/web page experience).
  • Experience in consumer financial services, particularly in credit card or retail environments.
  • Familiarity with data segmentation and auditing processes.
  • Strong change management skills, with the ability to hold crucial conversations with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions and overcome implementation challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and email deployment tools.
