We are seeking a Campaign Operations Associate on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Build, launch, and optimize retention marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other channels using Braze. Manage QA reviews, collaborate with designers and copywriters, build target audience segments, and capture feedback from stakeholders.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop scalable workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure campaigns are launched with high quality and accuracy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Martech, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Design teams to align on campaign goals, segmentation, and creative execution.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve quality, efficiency, and impact.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Lifecycle Marketing partners, ensuring alignment with goals and priorities.
- Tool Expertise: Leverage Braze and other marketing platforms to implement sophisticated campaigns, including automation, dynamic content, and A/B testing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing
- Proven experience creating multi-channel communications spanning email, SMS, and push notifications
- Hands-on experience with Braze required
- Proficiency in HTML and basic CSS for email design and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with other marketing automation tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data; SQL knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
Preferred:
- Extensive experience deploying and executing high volumes of campaigns per month, demonstrating ability to manage fast-paced, multi-project environments
- Direct experience working with data/martech to capture and utilize new profile attributes for audience segmentation
