Job description

Our Customer is a technology company that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods across the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Germany. They enable local businesses to meet consumers’ needs of ease and convenience, and, in turn, generate new ways for people to earn, work, and live. By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.

We are seeking a Campaign Operations Associate on a contract basis to support our Customer's ad campaign optimization efforts. This will be a highly cross-functional role where you’ll be relied upon for your attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines, and real-time strategic decision making. You will have a critical role in driving impact that will influence and impact advertiser success. This role is 100% remote in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and executing advertiser campaigns to enable timely and accurate launches that are tied to high stake media investments
  • Reviewing and actioning on daily alerts to optimize budget spend and keywords associated with ad campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day campaign issues or questions with advertiser clients and be the first tier of escalation to troubleshoot
  • Working closely with the Sales team to ensure Salesforce inputs for campaign briefs are accurately and timely submitted
  • Manage communication between the Finance team and 3rd party partners to ensure invoicing is successful and correctly tracked
  • Tracking progress against key business objectives including sales volume, AOV impact, and attachment rate
  • Streamlining processes when optimizations are available
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Ad Tech and/or Ad Campaign Operations experience supporting Account Management, Sales, or Product/Engineering Teams
  • You have exceptional analytical experience (Excel/Google Sheets), and are proficient at (or a fast learner of) a variety of other tech platforms
  • SQL skills are a plus
  • You are comfortable working across multiple projects, teams and priorities - and hitting deadlines
  • You have a proven track record of leading projects and delivering results needed to complete business goals in a complex and fast moving environment
  • You are process driven
  • You excel in getting to a low-level of understanding, and driving operational improvements accordingly
  • You are a problem solver
  • You don’t need a playbook
  • You dive into difficult problems and come up with a plan
