Job description

Our Customer is a technology company that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods across the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Germany. They enable local businesses to meet consumers’ needs of ease and convenience, and, in turn, generate new ways for people to earn, work, and live. By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.

We’re seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and highly motivated students to serve as Campus Launchers, our on-the-ground ambassadors responsible for creating a strong brand presence in and around your college campus. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, sales, and event planning. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to help grow brand awareness and student engagement by organizing activations, forming local partnerships, and driving user growth within your college community.

This is a dynamic role that’s ideal for students who thrive in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment and are eager to build their skills while making a meaningful impact locally.

This role is on-site in Asheville, NC.

Part-time, 15-20 hours/week

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand and services on and around campus through creative promotions, activations, and events
  • Execute marketing campaigns and drive the adoption of services among fellow students
  • Plan and coordinate weekly outreach and pop-ups with student organizations, Greek life, and other campus influencers
  • Establish relationships with local merchants and conduct in-person visits to promote platform enrollment
  • Collaborate with internal teams on initiatives related to operations, partnerships, and brand strategy
  • Track event performance and share feedback to inform ongoing strategy

Qualifications:

  • A current college student located within 20 miles of the target campus
  • Energetic, creative, and passionate about bringing new ideas to life
  • A great communicator who’s confident, engaging with students, staff, and business owners
  • Interested in marketing, business, entrepreneurship, event planning, or community building
  • Comfortable working independently while staying organized and meeting weekly goals
  • Flexible and resourceful, willing to pivot, hustle, and solve problems on the fly
  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Excel/Sheets
  • Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program
  • Access to reliable local transportation for store visits or outreach
  • Available to commit 15–20 hours per week throughout the semester
  • Previous experience in campus leadership, sales, marketing, or event promotion is a plus
