Status: 6 months to start, with expectation to be ongoing if mutually agreed upon
Ideal Candidate: Has design/architecture/real estate industry and Data Entry experience
Our client is a software company that helps manufactured home factories and retailers offer a modern home ordering process for their customers. Our mission is to make affordable housing more accessible by modernizing, popularizing, and streamlining manufactured home purchases.
We were founded a year ago and has already partnered with dozens of retailers, including large retailer chains like Homes Direct. We are profitable and growing quickly. The company is currently run by the two owners as well as a small team of remote employees in various locations.
We are looking for someone to help us manage the information from our factory partners. Every month our factories send us changes to their pricing, floor plans, options and decor which needs to be reflected in our database. Our database powers our core technologies like our floor plan catalog & design configurator, which makes it easy for a customer to browse homes for sale, select options of the homes they want, and visualize/price their selections in real time.
Factory Catalog Manager: This person will be responsible for the management of our factory information to ensure that our customers have accurate information.
This role will primarily be composed of:
1) Ingesting new factory information
2) Maintaining current factory information
3) Improving the catalog quality.
This person will not be responsible for data entry but will manage our remote team in instructing them with what to update and reviewing their work for quality control.
If this person is successful in demonstrating mastery of this role, there will be plenty of growth opportunities to scale their career and manage a team over the next two years.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience with manufactured housing, bonus if experience with sales or manufacturing
- Proficiency with computer is a must, ideally comfortable with excel or google sheets
- Excellent attention to detail
