Job description
Our Customer was founded in 1982 in an effort to create a solid accounting firm headed by native professionals. They later branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.
We are seeking a Certinia Functional Lead on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end functional delivery of Certinia (PSA) implementations for enterprise clients
- Design target-state business processes aligned with professional services best practices
- Gather, define, and document business requirements and functional specifications
- Develop business architecture and solution design aligned with Certinia capabilities
- Drive implementation planning, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Skills and Qualifications:
- Certinia (FinancialForce) certification
- Strong experience implementing Certinia/PSA solutions
- Deep understanding of professional services processes and best practices
- Experience working with enterprise clients ($700M+ revenue)
- Proven ability to lead business process design and requirements gathering
- Experience developing business architecture and implementation plans
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
