The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a global leader in networking, technology, and cybersecurity. They specialize in powering the internet of the future, creating secure, intelligent platforms that connect people, automate critical infrastructures, and bridge the digital divide. Driven by a mission to power an inclusive future for everyone, they believe that technology is the most powerful catalyst for positive change. They strive to deliver solutions that are more secure, intuitive, and scalable than those offered by traditional industry providers, empowering organizations to thrive in an increasingly connected world.

Position Summary

This role will assist in the development and implementation of the organizational change and communication strategy for the Strategic Supplier Program. The resource will support the program lifecycle over an initial 6-month contract, with potential for permanent conversion. The primary business outcome is to drive high adoption rates of new labor sourcing program and processes and ensure seamless stakeholder transition including internal and specific 3rd party suppliers.

This role exists to solve the business challenge of organizational resistance and process friction during large-scale transformation. By bridging the gap between technical program delivery and human adoption, this resource ensures that the strategic value of the new supplier model is fully realized through effective communication and cultural alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to support program milestones.
  • Co-lead change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new labor sourcing processes.
  • Partner with program leadership to align delivery milestones with strategic messaging.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in.
  • Provide strategic guidance on change management best practices to ensure program success.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communication and change efforts.
  • Facilitate workshops and feedback loops to address organizational pain points.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations to maintain transparency and alignment.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of professional experience in communications, change management, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program delivery and managing complex, large-scale initiatives.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively at a Manager or Senior Manager level.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Labor Sourcing, VMS, or transformation functions.
  • Experience at a consulting firm similar to EY, Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, PwC

Location In-Office Requirements

  • Location: US: Raleigh / Durham, Austin, Atlanta
  • In-Office Requirement: Hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in office.
  • Travel: Up to 10% for program workshops and stakeholder meetings. This will be fully funded as required.

All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States and are required to have U.S. residency at the time of application.
