Job description

Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.


We are seeking a Channel Campaign Manager on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of direct marketing campaigns across email and related channels
  • Coordinate with Client Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to deliver marketing campaigns on schedule
  • Build, test, audit, and deploy commercial email campaigns using enterprise email service providers (ESPs)
  • Manage audience list selection, segmentation, and file-only campaign requests
  • Execute campaigns across email, direct mail, mobile messaging, and additional marketing channels as needed
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on campaign execution platforms and channel capabilities
  • Perform creative, data, and quality assurance testing to ensure campaign accuracy before deployment
  • Analyze campaign results and communicate performance insights to support campaign optimization
  • Maintain project status, timelines, and workflow updates within project management systems
  • Ensure campaigns comply with approval, testing, documentation, retention, and launch requirements
  • Support cross-channel marketing initiatives and continuously expand expertise across marketing channels
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced Agile marketing environment to meet campaign deadlines


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of marketing or digital project experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting direct mail campaigns or direct mail production
  • Experience with email marketing, digital marketing, database marketing, data segmentation, or data collection
  • Experience managing audience segmentation and marketing lists
  • Experience performing campaign testing, quality assurance, and data auditing
  • Strong project management and workflow management skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven, or Agile environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong change management and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience building and deploying commercial email campaigns or developing HTML/web pages
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using enterprise Email Service Providers (ESPs) such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Zeta, PCM/Harmony, or Cheetah
  • Experience using Workfront or similar project management platforms
  • Experience in consumer financial services, retail, or credit card marketing
  • Experience developing creative solutions and overcoming campaign implementation challenges
